At Kaynaktan, we focus on the ritual, the root, the meaning and the essence of the dance. Alongside other integration and therapeutic practices we will observe how the meanings and stories behind these ancient movements can find space in our own bodies and integrate the dance into our lives.
No previous dance experience is required - all levels are welcome.
